Using Hypnotherapy to Help Women's Health

I’ve been thinking about the areas I really enjoy working in recently and have come to realise that it’s in the area of Women’s Health that I feel I have most to offer. I’ve worked with women at different stages and with different needs, from fertility issues through to the peri and menopause and beyond. I frequently see women whose lives are so busy and so stressed that their own needs are right at the bottom of the list, and that leads to symptoms such as problems with sleep, panic attacks and overthinking. Using hypnotherapy over an average of 8 sessions to address challenges including anxiety, and lack of boundaries I have seen dramatic shifts in thinking, helping people to sleep better, reduce unhelpful habits, recognise their issues and find the courage to embrace change. 


I am a Mindful Menopause practitioner, and can offer real insight into this challenging time, having experienced many debilitating symptoms myself, particularly around sleep, and I know how much hypnotherapy can help.


I love working in collaboration with other practitioners too, drawing together to support women to achieve their goals. I’ve been doing this in the area of fertility issues recently, getting to know complimentary practitioners who also support women trying to conceive. Using Hypnotherapy to help women to really relax and come out of ‘fight or flight’ alongside them seeing a Nutritionist or Acupuncturist seems to really improve a woman’s chances of conceiving.
