Before your first paid session, I offer a free 15 minute consultation. It's a relaxed, informal chat that gives us both the chance to decide whether I'm the right person to help you. You can tell me a little about what's going on and how you'd like things to be different, ask any questions you have about hypnotherapy and get a feel for how I work. There's no obligation at all. If we both feel it's a good fit, we can book your initial consultation from there. If it isn't, I'll be honest with you and, where I can, point you towards support that might suit you better.
