About Me...

I have always had an interest in people and how to support people who are experiencing challenges. After studying psychology at University, I went on to work with clients through a career in the voluntary and community sector, supporting unpaid carers and people living with mental health issues. I am a qualified and experienced coach, with a Coaching Diploma from Newcastle College and I have worked extensively with people to help them achieve their goals using a coaching approach. When I experienced challenges in my own life a few years ago, I had a course of hypnotherapy and found it to be really effective and enjoyable, I was fascinated to know more and decided to train in this approach myself.  I am now a qualified Solution Focused Clinical Hypnotherapist and will use my skills to help you get your life back to the way you want it to be.When not working I enjoy spending time in our beautiful local countryside, or experiencing some of the Arts and Culture offers available locally.I support my clients both in person and via Zoom. You can find my hypnotherapy practice in Skipton at the deeply peaceful and soothing setting of the Craven complimentary health care clinic, Mount Pleasant, High Street, Skipton, North Yorkshire.
